Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
